Bipolar Disorder and Tegretol

When I was on Tegretol, I had a lot of trouble with my eyes. I lost my depth of perception! I actually wore an eye patch for awhile in order to walk without tripping.

So, if you’re on Tegretol and have trouble with your eyes. It’s normal. Not cool, but normal.

I’m back on tegretol (800 mg) combined with effexor (150 mg) and riperdal (2 mg). I’ve taken the effexor for more than two months with little effect. Is there another med for Bipolar l besides Lamictal that works for depression. See you on Hawthorne with my guitar.
