My daughter is on Lamictal, and she stays very irritable. I know it is because she is rapid cycling.....I don't know if she needs more or less. She was suicidal and a cutter when we first found out when she was 15 yrs old. It has been a rough ride. She is 19 now and just came off my insurance and no one wants to cover her because it is a "pre-existing condition" She doesn't want to go on any other meds because this is the first one that she has tried that doesn't make her feel like she is a zombie. Thanks for this website!!!

Julie-
I too had a hard time remembering to take my meds. I set the alarm on my phone to 6:30am and 8:00pm to remind me to take my meds. It’s worked great. The only thing I have to remember is to bring my evening dose with me if I’m not at home at 8:00.
