		<description>A comment about Julie&#039;s newsletter Feb 18.  She mentions talking to her depression.  I am not sure if she meant actual out loud talking, but if you haven&#039;t tried that you should.  My son is the person dealing with his bipolar issues and he and I have discovered that taking the depressed thought OR the manic thought and saying it out loud decreases its power enormously.  It works even if he is alone and speaks out, but it really works if he can find an ear to hear the words.  It is actually a very powerful way to pop the power of the runaway thoughts!</description>
