I have a really great friend who lives far away but whenever I see her she talks about her Bullshit Meter. She says that every time she says something questionable or negative she pauses to look at the Bullshit meter and ponders whether that was a true statement or total bullshit. lol. I find it really helpful and don't use it often enough!

Hi Michelle,

That is hilarious. I sometimes hear myself talking and then think- oh man, I don't think I know what I'm talking about. The other day I told a friend there was a conflict in Lebanon with Hezbollah- and my friend said, Are you sure Julie? I think it's Israel and Hammas. And of course she was right.
