		<description>Have been reading your book &quot;Getting it done..&quot; for the past few months and have wanted to tell you what a valuable tool it is for someone who struggles with being overwhelmed with the   Having suffered from bouts of depression for most of my life, I have researched everything I could to make this area of my life manageable.  I felt that I finally had found methods that really work.  I do need to review them often, but more times than not I can break my paralysis and move on.  Thank you so very much for sharing your knowledge in such a compassionate and effective manner.</description>
