I always enjoy your positive attitude and your honesty.  You have made and continue to make a real difference to me.  I use to feel so alone with my diagnosis.  

I really agree with what you say about getting enough sleep.  It makes all the difference in the world to me.  I have to accept that I cant do as much as some folks if I want to stay well.  For me, staying up after 11 at night is not good.  I&#039;m at my best if I get to bed at a reasonable time.  Sometimes I have to have a really early night too and that&#039;s OK, although it can then disrupt my rhythmn so I have to be cautious.  My temptation can be sitting up late watching films on TV!  I&#039;m never glad I did it the next day though!
