When I get depressed, like I am today- I say to myself: I can and will go on! You can do it Julie!
I have to be my own cheerleader as my brain certainly isn’t going to do it for me.
Never forget, it’s an illness. If you’re happy one minute and depressed the next, it’s the illness.
I have had such normal moods for months now, I can handle this downswing and get better by tonight.
