Thanks for your blog.  You are very right about having a plan.  Very easily I can get this feeling of being overwhelmed.  But I find that if I plan my day, a lot more gets done, and I don&#039;t feel so overwhelmed.

I can begin wondering &quot;why did I ever agree to do this&quot; leading to &quot;I can&#039;t handle it&quot; and the depression that usually results for me from that out-of-control feeling.
