Julie,
So glad to hear you are feeling better.
I am in the middle of working my way through your four-step guide for people living with bp. I'm using it as a companion to the NAMI Peer-to-Peer and follow-up relapse prevention classes I took through my local NAMI affiliate, where I also am a volunteer. My hubby has already read the book for loved ones living with someone with bp, and we are planning on working through parts of it together after I finish my own reflection/introspection work. And, the "Getting It Done" book has been invaluable for solutions or jump-starts to my days, especially during a relapse of my bipolar depression that I experienced from May to late November 2008. I am starting to stabilize again and my hope is to return to the fairly good remission I was in before this latest relapse.
You have been a support throughout my dark days in 2008, and you continue to be a support in the light as well. Thank you, sincerely. And God Bless.
