The title of this blog article says “What the Heck are the Health Cards for Bipolar Disorder”. The article does not answer the question. The web site that is referred does not give sufficient information either. These two put together makes me suspect the credibility of the books or the cards.

I am happy that it works for you. I also hear what you are saying that it works for others. But that does not convince me that this is useful for people with bipolar disorders in general.

  Thank you for your comments. The Health Cards are very real and have been used by readers for over 10 years. They really work! I use them daily.
  
  The problem is my website. A new site was created and the integration between blog and website was not successful. It’s frustrating as you can imagine! Working on the web is always a challenge.
  
  The sites still have the same information- access is the problem.
  
  I will keep everyone posted on the new site. It will be ready by the end of February.
